At VOTION, music is about community and impact. Avicii is a legend in the dance community and he left us far too soon but we honor him and his legacy. Which is why a portion of proceeds will support Hope For The Day (suicide prevention + mental health education) and Bye Bye Plastic by BLOND:SH (environmental justice + sustainability). By uplifting local talent and giving back to causes that matter, we honor his spirit and keep building safe spaces of love and connection.
Hope for the Day (H.F.T.D) is a non-profit movement empowering the conversation on proactive suicide prevention and mental health education. Through outreach, education, and action, we can equip people with the right tools to be proactive in their communities.
Dreamed up and led by Vivie-Ann aka BLOND:ISH as a grassroots movement, Bye Bye Plastic is now a team of 8 eco warriors on track to wipe out single-use plastic in the music industy. Bye Bye Plastic has inspired thousands of DJs and event promoters to back the initiative since launching in 2018, through the #PlasticFreeParty movement and Eco Riders.
